Thank you for choosing Supreme Paver Experts! Please complete these steps before we arrive so your project can get off to a smooth start.

Before Your Appointment

• Clear the work area. Move vehicles, furniture, planters, rugs, decorations, and other movable items off the surfaces being serviced.

• Turn off irrigation at least 24 hours before your appointment. Keep it off throughout the project and until we advise you it is safe to

restart.

• Provide access. Unlock gates and make sure we can reach the work area and an outdoor water faucet.

• Keep children and pets away from the work area during cleaning, sanding, and sealing.

• Tell us about any concerns. Please point out drainage problems, loose pavers, or other conditions you want us to inspect before work begins.

For Pool Deck Projects

Remove pool toys, floats, furniture, and movable accessories from the work area. Keep water features that wet the deck turned off, and avoid pool splashing during sealing and curing.

After Sealing

Plan ahead for limited access to your driveway, patio, or pool deck. We will provide instructions for when you can walk on the surface, park vehicles, replace furniture, and restart irrigation. Follow the timing provided for your specific project.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements have been approved in advance.
